Michelle is a Managing Partner of Pelorus Advisors and leads the Financial Services and Earnings Optimization Practice Groups. Michelle’s background includes international consulting for Fortune 500 companies in the areas of Revenue Enhancement, Expense Management and Capital Risk Management.
In addition to consulting, she has held senior operations and finance positions with The Travelers and Webster Bank. Michelle is an accomplished negotiator and communicator and has extensive experience structuring programs with suppliers across multiple disciplines to regularly implement double digit savings. She has helped large and mid-sized companies generate complimentary revenue that does not require capital outlays or large investments in staffing.
Michelle is a member of International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) and the Professional Risk Managers International Association (PRMIA), Society for Competitive Professionals (SCIP), and Innovation Experts.
When she is not working with clients, you can find her on the race track with her 911. Michelle graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in Mathematics and has her MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
