He has held leadership positions with financial institutions throughout the Northeast, including Mellon Bank, FleetBoston, Webster and most recently at Eastern Bank. He has thirty years of experience in the commercial banking sector, and has managed all aspects of credit risk, operating risk and compliance. He has chaired several risk committees, sat on asset-liability management committees, as well as other executive management functions. His experience includes 15 years in various senior credit and enterprise risk management roles, and 15 years in commercial banking line management and revenue producing positions. Jo received his BA and an MBA from Indiana University.
