Dov H. Scherzer

Dov is Special Counsel to Feldman LLP and is widely recognized for his experience in technology, outsourcing and intellectual property transactions. With many years of experience including joint ventures and strategic alliances, Dov represents a broad range of established and emerging growth companies in such industries as technology, outsourcing, e-commerce and media.

He advises clients in all facets of technology and sourcing matters, including licensing, internet and e-commerce, media, telecommunications and computer law; and related international privacy and data security issues. Dov also maintains a strong international practice. He has been particularly active representing Israeli, European and Indian clients in the U.S. and in helping non-U.S. businesses to expand internationally.

Dov is a member of the Advisory Board of the Oxford University Intellectual Property Research Centre and the International Technology Law Association. Dov is a frequent writer and international lecturer on technology, IP and internet-related matters. Among other things, he is the U.S. contributor to two British treatises, Internet Law and Regulation and Electronic Signatures Law and Regulation; and the author of numerous articles on intellectual property law appearing in such journals as European Intellectual Property Review and New York Law Journal.

Dov received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where he was an editor of the Law Review. In addition, he received an M. Phil. in English from Oxford University and a B.A. in English and Political Science from Queen College, CUNY.
